There are 4 LED indicators in total. When the trickle-charging mode is on, the last LED light will remain green, regardless of battery status.
The two input ports may not be used at the same time. The USB-C input port and micro USB port are for recharging only. This product’s USB-C port cannot charge iPhone 12. Use a USB-A to Lightning cable (not included) to charge an iPhone.
PowerCore Essential 20000 does not support laptop charging. To charge laptops you will need a portable charger with at least a 30W output.
The power bank is flight-approved and allowed on a plane.
